Shipping Policy for bite indicators

All bite indicator sales for UK delivery, will be dispatched as 1st class signed for, included in the price, unless alternative arrangements are agreed prior to point of sale. We will also send you a dispatch notification through your submitted contact details.

Shipping overseas is available and can be chosen at point of sale. Please contact us if you'd like to know more.

Return & Exchange Policy

Should you wish to return a set of bite indicators, we recommend sending them at least 1st class signed for delivery, so that the parcel can be tracked and is insured.

Items must be returned un-used, un-damaged and in the original packaging within 7 days, in order to receive a purchase value refund.

We also offer a 30 day warranty on all our products, which begins on the day off delivery. Please contact us for any additional help with your purchase.
